| Hillhead/Jordanhill Ladies 72 Aberdeenshire Quines 0 Another weekend, another road trip. With international duties taking our stars away we took the long road to Aberdeen for an important game. The north easteners had recently beaten Watsons, so form was with them. Hills travelled with 14 fit to start but soon overcame this disadvantage. From the off a crunching series of hits from Kirsty and Suzie set the tone. Hills were not to be messed around with and playing in to the wind focussed their efforts. Two early tries knocked the stuffing from Quines and two further efforts, both converted saw the turn at 0 - 24. Hills continued their punishing rugby and eight tries later had humiliated the Aberdeen outfit. The only dark side was injuries to Suzie and Lucy. Next up Kirkcaldy away in the cup.
